It is absolutely incredible there are individuals with a high degree of self-sacrifice to donate a kidney to anyone, giving a gift of life; a second chance at life.
What an inspiring story. I’m just about to go home after donating to a stranger mine was by keyhole – simple and painless, test were done over 11 months to see if I was suitable. If more people could see the people coming into the hospital because they “had the call” meaning there was the chance of a match then I’m sure more would be encourage to donate.
